* in any case we do not allow extended stand fitting time after 5.30pm
ACCESS WITH CARS DURING SETTING UP TIMES
During the setting up times cars are not allowed to enter the fairground.
Cars must park in East 7 parking area.
For discharge of materials is available a hand trolley service with a deposit of € 100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.
ENTRANCE WITH CAR FOR DISCHARGE THE MATERIALS
During the exhibition it is possible to access the fairground, with cars, to discharge the materials for a maximum time of 90 minutes with a deposit of $50.00.
For discharge of materials is also available a hand trolley service with a deposit of $100.00 and maximum for 60 minutes.
ENTRANCE OF VEHICLES TO BE EXPOSED
THE VEHICLES TO BE EXPOSED MUST BE POSITIONED IN THE STAND ONLY ON MONDAY 16th and TUESDAY 17th DECEMBER 2024.
*Any requests for placement of vehicles on WEDNESDAY 17th DECEMBER will be evaluated in base of the real possibility of entrance.

Exhibitor badges– Access management – Staff registration: in this area, you must indicate all the staff requiring access to your stand during set-up and dismantling work and you will receive an access pass for each of them.
